William Levy Not Pushing to Work With Elizabeth Gutierrez
William Levy says he isn’t going out of his way to work with Elizabeth Gutierrez.
The actor said that he heard that he’s pushing to have her on the novela La Tempestad but he is saying it’s not true.
In fact, he mentioned another chica that’s up for the part…Ximena Navarrete!
The Mexican Miss Universe is casting for the lead role and he said that it would be nice to give her a chance since she is just starting out, plus that she’d represent her home country.
So, no pushing for Elizabeth but thinking Ximena should be given a shot. We’re not sure what Eli thinks of this!

What can Elizabeth say to this. Levy has demonstrated time and time again that he cares about Eli but is not in love with her. He is with her because of the children. Any man who downplays his wife, girlfriend or lover for the sake of another woman is showing his true colors. It is up to Eli to put up with this or fight against the humiliation and she has chosen to put up with this. Levy should have shown respect by not saying anything about what he felt but instead he showed his true colors. Women need to read between the lines and pick up not only on words said by your mate but of actions taken.

Before speaking against him, you should read what he said in full. Elizabeth left the serial she was starring in to do what she loves, taking care of her kids! Both of them have clearly stated they have never wanted to work together for the sake of their children. He did not downplay her. He said he and his partner, whom he referred to as “mi mujer” (my woman, which in Cuba and most of Latin America is a standard way of talking about a partner) are very supportive of each other.

I’m disappointed that they don’t want to work together but I do understand where he is coming from. A telenovela requires long hours so to work all day with your girlfriend and than to see her at night too can be a strain. Now, he could have worded it different so that people don’t misintepret. What I don’t understand is how he can do another novela but she has to stay home with the kids?? She is a very good actress and I loved her in el rostro de la venganza. I hope she does another telenovela and doesn’t let william have all the fun.

William was just clarifying that he is willing to work with who the producers choose. It is the fans who are asking for Elizabeth. Their home and his family are in Miami and he has stated that the children will not move to Mexico. Eli has never been away from her children for extended periods of time, she is with them when William works- and Eli and has worked in Miami on her Telenovelas and sees them every day before and after working.. I think being away from them during the week and only seeing them on weekends will be VERY difficult for her as a mother. Tophy is in first grade and William has said they need stability. But, they want to please their fans. They are beautiful as a couple and family and I would love to see them star together. But, they may decide it is too hard on the family or perhaps Williams mother and family will help enough to make it possible. That will be their decision. Love them either way.
