You would think that most novela actresses would be jumping at the chance to work with both William Levy and Ivan Sanchez in La Tempestad.
Well, not Sandra Echeverria.
She revealed in an interview with Hoy that she was approached to be part of the cast – but decided not to do it.
Sandra said that doing a novela takes up too much time and that right now she is focused on producing movies.
You know you’re doing something right when you turn down something like this!

It’s definitely a good move. She’s an amazing actress and has done many movies in the past (both English and Spanish).
She doesn’t need this kind of project (La Tempestad) right now. Mediocre producer (Mejia) and leading man.
