Producers will probably think twice before hiring Eduardo Yañez and Aracely Arambula again!
The novela Corazon Salvaje is apparently doing so bad in the ratings in the US that the network has moved its time slot from 9pm to midnight!
Who is going to watch them at midnight??! Ha!
Eduardo thinks he is such hot stuff…well, this is a reality check slapped right in his face.

Errm…does this mean they’re not repeating ‘Camaleones’ at midnight like they do with ‘Un Gancho al Corazon’? Now I’m disappointed. Not everyone can watch it at 3 pm.

hey… i still watch it on cable, Univison has 2 cable channels and it comes out earlier on one of the channels.. I actually enjoy this novela of course never will be as great as the eduardo palomo and edith gonzales version.

Claro, no es que yo vea ese canal por mucho rato, pero a las 12PM vi que estaban pasando esa novela y llegue a pensar que la estaban repitiendo pero la pusieron a esa hora por mala, lol, es verdad, ese remake es de lo peorcito que han hecho, Thumbs down!

I know for a fact this novela gets good around episode 70. It really is a shame they changed the time slot cause Eduardo Yanez and Aracely Arambula’s characters change completely and her “good sister” character starts to dominate. But I think the same thing happened in Mexico. It had low ratings and then when it got good the rating climbed. Well, they won’t have a chance to climb here since no one will be awake. Thank God for Youtube!

smart move!! the remake is horrible the actors are just blah..aside from Christian and Angelique (love her in all her roles especially in Mujeres Asesinas!!!! she rocked that role!!)
why dont they show Terminales here in the states that would be an awesome show for the 9pm time slot!!!!!

wow……they DESTROYED the novela…..it actually had potential…….but that’s what happens when there is NO CREATIVTY in Televisa……..they are making remake after remake….now the remake of La DUENA with Lucero and Gaby Spanic…….I actually met Carla Estrada from televisa and she is NICE but lacks creativity and a vision…….so sad……

i agree with Chris Cab Aracely does an amazing job portraying both sisters. It would have been nice to use a better actor to play Juan Del Diablo Eduardo is too freaking dramatic does not play a sincere believeable Juan. I will still watch.

alot of people are saying this bad rating is beacause it cant compare to the first one but some novelas that have been remakes have has sucess like la fea mas bella and rebelde just because they are remakes doesnt mean that they will be a failure it takes good acting ,directing and alot more creativity than carla estrada had in this novela

The acting is torturously and embarrassingly bad–cruel and unusual punishment to sit for an entire hour. The only redeeming quality of this awful TV program is the deep cleavage that abounds. I have to watched it only because my wife insists–she loves to see me cringe.

I watched the 93 version with Eduardo Palomo and Edith Gonzalez and some of you are right, it doesn’t compare. BUT, it’s not really supposed to. This novela from the get-go was written as two novela storylines in one- Corazon Salvaje and Yo Compro esa Mujer. This is why it’s taken so long for the storyline that we were used to with the 93 version to actually develop. I believe the actors did what they could under the direction of the production, directors, and writers. It’s a shame that people who are were already used to the 9 pm time slot and actually appreciated the work these actors were doing, have to be left hanging out to dry by Univision. I personally don’t care because I was able to Youtube most of it and then streamline a channel directly form Mexico to finish it off but oh well.

La verdad que la novela no le llega ni a los talones a la de Eduardo Palomo perooooo habemos muchas personas que no tenemos cable y nos entretenemos con nuestras novelitas y el pasarla a las 12 a.m. es muy incomodo, quine se va a quedarse levantado a esa hora?
Pienso que las teledifusoras deben repasar bien que clases de novelas son y si tendran exito antes de ponerlas en television pues de pronto y sin mas ni mas nos las quitan de un horario y las ponen a un horario como este de ahora.
Muy mala decision de Univision.

La verdad estoy de acuerdo con todo lo que aca he leido la novela es fatal y saben porque? primero los directores, escritores o guionistas etc no escojen bien a sus interpretes y ademas señores hasta donde se hay un monton de refritos de esta novela, voy a pensar lo que muchos estan diciendo que en materia de novelas ya todo esta escrito pues no sale una novela sin que enseguida nos demos cuenta de que es un refrito de otra; es una pena pues fijense ahora todo el que estaba viendo esta novela se han quedado sin verla mala o no y es verdad no todos tiene cable y deben por tanto de atenerse a ver sus novelitas.

I was really disappointed with the time change of this telenovela. I really enjoyed watching it at 9pm est and looked forward after a long day to watch these fine actors. I have watch them in several other novelas and truly enjoyed them. It is sad it could not be at an earlier time slot like some that come on very early in the am or mid afternoon. Now I can only hope that I can catch this now in a rerun.
You should of given it more time to get caught on to the story before making the change.

Actually I think the actors are wonderful especially Arambula, but I think the writers are moving too slow and people are getting bored. In the other Corazon Salvajes that have aired by now Juan de Diablo would have been married to Regina, but they are doing an entire new story and it’s just too slow. The fact that they have to show it at 12a speaks for itself

I am very sorry that they decided to move it to 12am. I have dvr so I’ve been able to keep up with it but I have friends that don’t! I personally have never liked Eduardo but in this one..I’ve begun to like him. Aracely will always be one of my favorites. She is doing an awesome job in both interpretations of the sisters. I’ve never seen the other version so I can’t compare. BAD decision on Univision’s part. Bad Decision!!!

It’s too bad they changed it to such an unreasonable time. My elderly aunt loves it but she doesn’t speak Spanish. She wakes me up to translate. I’ll have to get a DVR. I believe changing the time was a bad decision.

I am really disappointed that Corazon Salvaje was moved to Midnight. I record it and when I can I stay up to watch it. Eduardo Yanez is a great actor he in my opinion is so believable as Juan de Dios. I enjoy all the actors on this novela. This is a way better novela than Manana es para siempre. That novela shoulda been moved to 1am. The best part of that novela the end because it was over. Fernando at least was eye candy. But back to Corazon. For the haters too bad you cant appreciate a good show when you see one, as far as Eduardo I think he will get plenty of roles. Who else but him could pull off those extentions ?

I am new to Univision and Spanish tv altogether. I am more the Jane Austin type and the period costumes intrigued me as well as the story line. I was happy that with my limited knowlege of spanish I was HOOKED in the US (DC area) on Corazon Salvaje. I never saw the originial so I have no comparison. Who will stay up to watch gorgeous Eduardo Yáñez. Me! He reminds me of Mr. Rodchester in Jane Eyer. A strong, yes sometimes tortured man…but a man. Not like some of the whimpy men now in so many movies. I really dont understand the bad reviews, although I do laugh sometimes on the over passionate crying that seems to resinate in all telenovelas from the female characters….but its a soap opera…what else is expected? So you latinos that have no use for Eduardo….please send him over to me!! I recently contacted my cable provider to upgrade my service to a DVR system just so I could record…..but I find myself staying up to watch anyway and then replaying after I get home from work. THANK GOD FOR YOUTUBE, You can watch corazon salvaje there. I grew up on novelas as a matter of fact I remember the masive crush I had on yanez when he did guadalupe. I don’t watch that many novelas anymore, and new ones that try to be comical make me want to gag but this one got back to what novelas used to be. It was like those old pirate novels with fabio on the cover came to life. Sure it was over the top sometimes but the actors were in my opinion only following direction. Aracely killed it, she really pulled off being two people. All I can say to this network is goodbye. I will no longer require your services!

I ALSO LOVE THE MAGICAL TOUCH OF NATURE(THE MOON, STARS, WHITE DOVES, THUNDERSTORMS & THE BEAUTIFUL SEA! EVEN THE PEACEFUL RATS IN THE JAIL CELLS SEEMED BE A SMALL COMFORT TO THE PRISONERS). Corazon Salvaje- the best novela ever! Excellent actors and actresses! A real super production. It is an insult to think that Hasta Que El Dinero nos Separe or even Soy Tu Duena could ever compare in excellence and the story to Corazon Salvaje. What terrible mistake to change the time. If they really want to find out, they will see the TV’s were on at 9pm (eastern) and at 12pm (pacific time) with everyone pending each episode. The very best!

I saw the whole movie and thanks to DVR recording, , i was able to continue seeing the novela. i think the whole casting did a wonderful job. i don’t know what people or univision was complaining about?

As soon as I heard Araceli Arambula was going to be on it I was like hell no I’m not watching it. Araceli is not a good actors she might look good but sucks. They really should of gotten a real actor like Adela Noriega.
