Hugo Chavez Reappears With Shaved Head
The president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, appeared on Monday with a shaved head.
He showed up to an official event to swear in the new members of his cabinet but his lack of hair is what everyone is talking about.
He mentioned that his new look is due to the chemotherapy he is receiving for the supposedly benign tumor that doctors found several months ago.
