Elizabeth Gutierrez and William Levy Are Separated
That’s it.
It’s over.
Elizabeth Gutierrez has left William Levy, after eight years of being together.
She sent out a press release basically indicating that she has had enough and that she deserves to be respected.
We’re thinking something went down…something that made her flip the switch.
Truthfully, we’ve heard not such great things about him regarding supposed infidelities and we’re surprised it took this long for this relationship to end.

A través del presente comunicado, quiero hacer del conocimiento público que he tomado la decisión de finalizar la relación que he mantenido durante ocho años con William Levy.
Siempre me mantuve firme al lado de William, a pesar de los insistentes rumores, a los cuales resté importancia pues entonces no tenía motivos para dudar de la fortaleza de nuestra unión.
Tomo la determinación de ponerle fin a esta relación por el bien de mis hijos y el mío propio.
Confieso que la decisión no ha sido nada fácil, pero me debo respeto ante todo como persona, mujer y madre.
Me dirijo a la opinión pública personalmente para evitar especulaciones y malos entendidos, con el único fin de proteger la salud emocional de mis dos hijos.
Agradezco a los medios de comunicación mantener el respeto, distancia y la consideración que siempre han mostrado hacia mi familia.

I can’t see the beauty in Levy at all (to the degree that I can’t watch anything with him involved); all I can see is a man who clearly uses women as objects, and I again applaud Guitterez for her choice.
Lastly, as unrealistic that it is, I would hope that more women would send a message of support for Guitterez and other women who have suffered in our community, and avoid supporting anything involving Levy.
My heart (and prayers for strength and comfort) goes out to her.
