Here’s a bit of info that not too many people knew.
Thalia was offered the lead role in Soy Tu Dueña.
She told People En Español that she had to turn it down because of schedule conflicts.
Really? She hasn’t been that busy!
Anyway, this was a real lucky break for Lucero. Soy Tu Dueña has been doing fantastic in the ratings.

I hear that’s not how it went. Other sources are saying that Lucero rejected the role so they asked Thalia. Then after Thalia said no, they ran back to Lucero and this time Lucero said yes.

Well, at least she was offere the role and she no doubt is able to turn down roles as well. She seems to have a good head on her shoulders and is maturing enough where she can say no when the time comes. She has never claimed to be better than anyone either. She’s pretty cool. porque se empenan en criticar tanto ?Cada una de estas dos actrices tienen sus meritos. Y yo creo tambien que las dos son bellas cada una en su estilo. Todo el que critica tanto debia de estar en sus lugares para que vieran no es tan facil. Efectivamente, Nicandro Diaz, the producer of the novela, said in a chat that he offred to job first to Lucero but she had to say no because of timing. He then went to Thalia and others, but the novela began later so Lucero could do it. I have to say that if Thalia had have been the protagonist, I would have not seen it. She does not do it for me.

Lucero jest super. Nikt od niej nie był by lepszą Valentiną, w tej roli spisała się świetnie.Ona jest świetną aktorką za tą rolę powinna dostać nagrodę Tvynovelas. Dziwiłam się że nie dostała za manana es para siempre za rolę Barbary Greco. Lucero jest rewelacyjna, Thalia nie dorasta jej do pięt.

Sorry to all the Thalia fans but you cant even put the two in the same category. Thalia really is nothing but Marketing and as far as acting goes Lucero can go from being sweet like Alborada and Mi Destino Eres Tu to be a total bitch you hate In Manana Es Para Siempre. She changes it up and thats what keeps her interesting I love Adela Noriega but she needs to change it up a bit. Lucero is great I love the way she sings too bad she doesn’t sell records as much as Thalia does.

I totally agree with you Humbe if Thalia would of been the lead no way in hell I would of seen it. It would of been Corazon Salvaje all over again you actually need an a good actor to play these roles. Thalia, Araceli Arambula are just pretty faces not good actors.
