ThaliaZapata_N.jpgThalia will not go to Mexico because of the dilemma that her family is in right now. We don’t blame her. Here is a quick recap:

  1. Her sisters Laura and Ernestina were kidnapped a couple of years ago, and were later released.
  2. Ernestina writes a book and in it she claims Laura told the kidnappers not to let Ernestina free.
  3. A movie producer named Manuel claimed that Laura and her husband knew/were part of the kidnapping.
  4. Laura suffers temporary facial paralysis when she reads his claims in a newspaper.
  5. Manuel later confesses that Ernestina asked him to say this to cause controversy and sell her book.
  6. Thalia doesn’t visit or call Laura while she is hospitalized.
  7. Laura says she wants nothing to do with sisters Ernestina and Thalia.

Now, doesn’t your family all of a sudden seem kind of normal? Something to give thanks for.
