Tombola Has Been Canceled
Tombola has been canceled!
The Telefutura gossip show, which essentially replaced the brilliant Escándalo TV, never achieved what it was supposed to.
The ratings were dismal and the content was worse.
Really no surprise here. We mentioned our disappointed in the show since day one.
So, the show has been axed. No more details are known but we await news as to what happens with the hosts.
Will you miss Tómbola??

Tombola really sucked. The network should have never cancelled Escandalo TV. Chary,Marisa and Felipe had such good chemistry together. I could do without the stupid cleaning lady that would show up or the fake blond with the big boobs. Other than that it was a a good show. Bring back Escandalo!!!!

POR FIN!!! I feel sorry for the ones that will be unemployed, nasty situation, but that show was garbage!! Nadie dejaba hablar a nadie mas, Carolina una gritona, grosera, siempre tan indignada ella, SO ANNOYING! The concept was a mess from the beginning and Escandalo should’ve never left. Chary is so loved and if they wanted change, well, que solo renovaran el estudio, que se yo.

I watched the show and it was decent at times to me. I enjoyed it when it first started. But during the course of the show’s short run it became a bit worse as time went on. I can see why it lost ratings and had problems. It was not as good the last time I saw it. I was using a bootleg feed of Telefutura and the owner decided since nobody watched it to close it after the new year. I think the show was so-so. I didn’t watch ETV much. ETV was on at a time I never could catch it. And I only found the Telefutura feed three months before Escandalo TV ended. As of now, there wouldn’t beanything worth getting Telefutura on cable for. Unless I wanted to see the telenovelas at night which is not enough for me to get the channel.
I could be wrong, but I am getting the impression Telefutura is not doing well. I wonder if the new channels from Univision will have the same problems because while Univision does very well the sister channels give me the impression they are having problems.

Tombola never had a chance. I saw five minutes on the debut of the show and it rubbed me the wrong way.
As for ESCANDALO? Please, we don’t need that crappy show either. Charytin needs to put those boobs away and hit the rocking chair and crochet for her Grandchildren. The fact that she looks good does not take away the fact that she is an old woman who drives most of us crazy by acting as if she was 15.
ENOUGH!, Escandolo had it’s glory days and now they are over. NO RESUCCITATION PLEASE!!

This is the best news! Tómbola was the worst show with all that “chusmerÃa”. Now PLEASE bring Escándalo back, the best gossip show with the best presenters. We want Chary, Flipe and Marisa back where they belong. Escándalo was a classy show where people behaved like human beings, and not like animals. Plus they gave us the news first since it aired before El Gordo Y La Flaca, which by the way, should also be cancelled.

While I would have greatly preferred that Escándalo had survived to see its actual tenth anniversary rather than what was essentially an expanded and slightly warped La Tijera (albeit with bonus eyecandy), I’m still annoyed by this. It just seems so…arbitrary to just kill it out of the blue with no warning at all. Let alone replacing it with reruns of ‘Family Guy.’
Telefutura’s been a weird netlet these past few months…I guess we’ll see what the new Charytin show turns out to be.

I wish they would give Charityn a show like Cristina has, where she could also sing once in a while. She would be wonderful. A great entertainter. Charityn is sweet and such a lady. Nada chusma!
I feel Escandalo was getting old, like El Gordo y la Flaca, which is no longer fun to watch. But Felipe was really nice and funny, and would be perfect with Charityn in a new show. Maritza is very professional, but took herself too seriously. She didn’t have the magic Charityn did. I felt she belonged in a different kind of show. Perhaps in a novela or a show like Maria Celeste has..
Tombola: I watched it once during a cofee break and never again. Nevertheless, I wish the best to those who worked in it. The show was not well produced or directed. I guess the ones making the decisions felt Hispanic watch anything, have low IQ and only eat tacos or frijoles. They don’t respect the t.v. audience. Even Mexicans in the US, who are blue collar workers, have a more sophisticated taste. They are not fools!
It would be good for producers to read opinions in sites like this. It might give them ideas for free.
When will the producers learned!?

The Escando was great it target all levels of age levels. I wish not to insult anyone because I know it is very hard to find jobs nowadays. I wish you all the best of luck. In my opinion the show La Tijera was a controversial show among the panel and Ms. Sandoval dominating personality killed it for me. Then Tombalo show came in which was a fair concept but the same concept of La Tijerina show but with a lot of more staff but same material.
I believe that each host had their moment. I like Andres and Andrea in the beginning it was a bit rough for them in the beginning but got better as the show went on.
Escandalo, main ingredient was Charytin she is an awesome lady and respectful and knew how to do her work well. I admire her she gave me motivation and look forward to getting older. She’s a great-lady and is dearly missed along with Rodolfol. People can identify with real people.
I wish all the cast of Tombola good luck and I hope Charytin, Rodolfo, and Marrisa are given an opportunity to be united again. Good Luck Everyone! Hope to see Charytin and cast soon!

I thought it was expectedly going to be a great show but it’s anywhere close to be good as El Gordo y La Flaca and Sal y Pimienta were. Fortunately, Escandalo TV and La Tijera are one of the best things that happen to Telefutura’s 10 year history. Noche De Perros, Conacto Deportivo and Quien Tiene La Razon are the only good shows left since Tombola went off the air while Delicioso is preparing for the Univision debut. I truly want to thank Tombola for a brief, very good run on Telefutura because Marisa, Tanya and Maity were the main reasons i watch while it was on.

Es verdad que es triste quedarse sin empleo sobre todo en estos tiempos tan difÃciles, pero bueno todos nosotros como público creo que merecemos buenos programas y no toda la basura que tiene Telefutura.
SerÃa bueno que regresara EscándaloTV con Charityn, Rodolfo Jiménez, Marissa Del Portillo y Anabelle Blum que son conductores con credibilidad y con clase.
También deberÃan cancelar ya el programa del Gordo y la Flaca que está ya muy rancio y no tiene ningun chiste ni interesa ya a nadie y ese par de conductores están demasiado vistos que da flojera. Univision traigan caras nuevas y frescas y ya manden al gordo y la flaca al museo de antigüedades.

“Bajo La Lupa” segment was basically “La Tijera” minus Rodlofo Jimenez and Annabelle Blum. The Sunday show however, wasn’t as scattered as the weekday version. Strange.

Esto lo podrÃa escribir en ingles, pero prefiero hacerlo en español con mucho orgullo.
Tómbola era un show que daba vergüenza ajena. Como es posible que sus conductores especialmente Carolina Sandoval, se comportaran de manera tan pobre y con tanta falta de profesionalismo. Tanta vulgaridad no era necesaria, tanta falta de respeto para con la audiencia y los artistas tan poco era necesaria. Y lo que rebozo la copa (Creo que esta fue la razón de cancelar el show) fue la vulgaridad y falta de clase de Carolina al destapar los enredos sexuales entre ellos mismos. Mira que decirle a Tania que ella tenÃa marida en el show fue verdaderamente bajo. Carolina hablaba muy mal de todas las venezolanas famosas (Alicia Machado, Gaby Spanic. MarÃa Conchita Alonso, etc.) Los colombianos (Tania, Orlando) hablaban my bien de Shakira, pero cuando tenÃa que hablar de Paulina Rubio entonces se creÃan que el problema de Paulina con el pueblo colombiano, era como si el pleito era con ellos. En fin, la falta de ética profesional no aparecÃa por ningún lado. Yo quiero que entiendan que la comunidad latina es inmensa y que entre ellos hay innumerables individuos que son super inteligentes, que entienden lo que es bueno y lo que no lo es. Nosotros podemos decidir lo que tiene clase y lo que no. Por Dios, alimenten nuestras mentes con programas educativos que nos aporten algo positivo y no traten de vendernos tanta basura. Unision solo se preocupa por vender sus productos a toda la comunidad latina, deberÃa involucrarse más que ayudar a resolver muchos de los problemas que tienen sus consumidores latinos usando la influencia que tienen. Para los que consideran a Charytin una vieja, por favor debamos respecto a una dama que ha demostrado tener clase y respecto por la teleaudiencia. Univisión ha estado remplazando viejos talentos porque son viejos pero caras bonitas para despertar los apetitos sexuales del hombre, tampoco han demostrado que vale la pena. No me da pena que estos individuos de Tómbola hayan perdido su trabajo ya que no era justo que tanta basura fuera remunerada. Y me refiero a basura no a los conductores del show en sà pero a toda la falta de respeto que salÃa de sus bocas. Hoy se que gran parte de la clase artÃstica está feliz. Yo por mi parte me alegra no tener que ver a la Sandoval jamás. Cuanta vulgaridad con forma de ser humano. Unfortunately, everybody is correct in saying the show sucked but I blame the producers from allowing Carolina and the others to get into those horrible and stupid arguments. Bringing that Pacha guy from New York was the worst thing. The ones that saved the show were the barranquilleros Tanya and Orlando and Andres Garcia and marisa wawere professional, hthe rest were terrible. Carolina Sandoval could be an excellent reporter but she is too controversial, loud and unprofessional. I was amazed that the producer never stopped her tirades. The should have revamped the show, fired the bad apples and keep us informed with the gossip we all love. Telemundo was also unprofessional in not ifforming the public of what was going on, it just took it off the air with no warning. 5 F’s to the network.

Finalmente se acabo esa porqueria a los que ellos llamaban show de entrenimiento cuando en verdad eso parecia un mercado en donde nadie dejaba hablar a nadie y todo el mundo se mandaba indirectas arrogantes. Carolina Sandoval una hurraca parlanchina, y el otro tipo que no tiene pelo un gay de primera, Maritza super naca con sus rrrr acentada y su afan de ser “comadre” de todo el mundo. People are confused, Tombola came to replace La Tijera which was the same show with a different name; Escandalo was in a different class by itself, I think the precence of Marissa created a confusion, but be as it may, it looks like Telefutura’s internal politics brought the show to an end.

Para Andres Garcia. requiere de experiencia para esta clase de shows. Para Orlando Segura. Admiro tu periodismo investigativo,tiene mucho potencial y es un buen comunicador. Raul o Rodolfo,pido excusas pero no recuerdo su nombre es el otro presentador, esta persona tiene buena imagen para television es muy buen comunicador, pero el papel que hacia de faltarle al respeto a Carolina Sandoval fue muy discutible. Marissa conoce su trabajo lo hace muy bien tiene muy buena imagen para television. Tanya es una periodista respetable en el medio artistico, yo entiendo que era la moderadora de su espacio en el show, lo hacia bien. Carolina Sandobal, lo siento mucho por ti Carolina, tienes un gran potencial,para esta clase de shows, pero muy poca experiencia, necesitas aprender, necesitas practicar, necesitas saber escuchar, discernir mejor tus ideas y lo mas importante respetar y continuar con el tema en discusion en el momento preciso, quiero decir espera a que tu interlocutor termine de expresar su idea. Para Alexandra, que pena contigo, porque eres una mujer muy joven y a un programa de estos deberias haber entrado por la puerta grande y no permitir que tus manejadores hubieran admitido que hicieras el papel de un objeto sexual, no se debe confundir la sensualidad con lo contrario, ya que eres muy linda tienes muy buena figura escenica tienes experiencia y eres inteligente,tienes tus curvas es obvio, en adelante antepone tu personalidad, tienes todo en la vida para triunfar y por favor omite la palabra “este” de tu vocabulario, gracias y hasta la proxima.

There was so much fighting on stage that it became embarrassing to watch it.I loved Carolina but to me she needs her own show. Raul and Tanya were phenomenal. I really looked forward to watching it after a long hard day of work. I am tired of watching El Gordo y La Flaca. Raul reminds me of a dirty old man and he should be reprimanded for his antics like the jacuzzi and his fascination withn Ninel Conde.there NEEDS to be a more classy show with great hosts.

Hola,respeto la opinión de las personas detractoras del programa, pero a mi me parecia entretenido y me da mucha pena que lo sacaran del aire, pues si bien es cierto que a veces sepasaban peleando en el foro,como cuando llegaba el pachá que habian momentos incómodos, hubo muchas ocasiones que nos entrenÃan con los cuentos y aventuras de nuestros artista de la farándula, yo voto porque regrese el programa, y que Tania, Raúl y Marissa son buenos periodistas y conductoras/es, que no decir del Cangrejito 55, y Carolina, ay Carolina venenosa!!!!! a veces nos divertia con sus ocurrencias, Andres y Alejandra no sirven como conductores, peroseria muy bueno que regrese TOMBOLA!!

Me gustaba mas el programa previo a Tombola. Pudieron los ejecutivos cambiar un poco la forma de discussion de los temas con Carolina, Tanya y Raul. Ellos son profesionales pero quien sabe si solo seguian a su director/a. Esta bien un poco de chispa pero no enfrentamientos entre ellos, ni suspicacias ni faltas de respeto, alli nadie era mas que nadie. Lo digo por Tanya y Raul que muchas veces se lucian callandola y tratandola mal a Carolina. Carolina hacia muy bien su papel, porque creo que para eso la contrataron. Ojala que el programa, no Tombola, el anterior con ellos mismos regrese. No es que nos interese la vida de nadie ni mucho de los artistas, pero si entretenian, al lmenos a mi si. Si los ejecutivos pudieran mejorarlo creo que todos saldrian ganando. Soy sincera en decir que de los tres extraño a Carolina. Mucha suerte Carolina en tu futuro. Y a todos a aprender de los errores. De nuevo vengo con mis comentarios, hoy estoy inspirada. NO ESTOY DE ACUERDO CON LOS O PRODUCTORAS DE ESTA CLASE DE SHOWS. La audiencia en general pienso que somos personas que disponemos de tiempo para verlos, aunque son frivolos, algo se aprende de ellos puesto que para enrriquecer nuestra cultura general, no solo hay que leer muchos libros, tener conocimiento de economia, politica, geografia, matematicas,hablar varios idiomas ,viajar, etc; etc; etc; al contrario cultura general es segun mi conocimiento, ademas de todo lo anterior, enterarse de todos los momentos que demarcan una situacion historica que trascendera a travez de los tiempos , quiero decir en cuanto a temas que algunas personas llaman frivolos como la boda de x principes, la moda en general, cantantes, maquillaje de moda, personajes influyentes como los millonarios , las personas que para el diario vivir tienen que recoger basuras para el diario sustento, etc; etc; etc;. Por todas estas razones mis gustos en cuanto a shows de television se refiere son muy amplios y uno de los momentos en el dia en que despejo mi mente de tanta mala informacion que hay en los ultimos dias es viendolos o escuchandolos, estos tienen unas grandes fallas, no entiendo porque nuestros productores piensan que degradar a la mujer al punto de presentarla como un objeto de atraer atencion al publico en general es lo mejor, pienso que el alto sentido del mal gusto ,refiriendome a la moda es totalmente desacertado. La clase, La elegancia, Los modales etc. son dignos de inspiracion a los demas, en nuestro diario vivir necesitamos sentirnos comodos y comodidad es no estar pendiente de en que momento mostrare alguna de mis partes privadas, comodidad no es apretarme con mis vestidos hasta quedar sin respiracion, comodidad no es sentir las talladuras de mis extensiones de pelo en mi cabeza , comodidad no es llevar unas grandes pestanas postizas , comodidad no es treparme en los zapatos mas altos que encuen tren para mi etc; etc; etc. Los productores deberian tener mas cuidado en como hacer formatos para presentarlos al personal comun y corriente transmitiendo un amplio conocimiento acerca de nuestros artistas, Un ejemplo es entrevistas serias y cuidadas de artistas que no se ven mas , de artistas que salen de nuestros paises buscando mejores oportunidades, de artitas que comenzaron de ninos y ahora son grandes, como ven los formatos son muy amplios. es muy degradante ver a una Niurka Marcos diciendo sus famosas malas expresiones, seria mejor conocer cual es en escensia ese buen ser que a lo mejor es ella como prentandola en su rol de madre o en su rol de persona normal, no toquemos fondo prefiriendo caer en la curiosidad morbosa de la cual algunos de nosotros padecemos, por favor no mas de frivolidades y temas sin sentido,queremos ver a nuestras presentadoras lindas, divinas, y con mucha clase, queremos aprender queremos copiar modales,queremos nutrir nuestro ego. They should bring back Escandalo TV it was better a very tastful, very high class and informative. I like it a lot better then Tombola they argue too much, scream too much, the ladies show too much when they was wearing their dresses. The quality of the show was not what I was expecting. Escandalo Tv and La Tijera was very entertaining and informatived. This two shows demonstrated that they are very professionals. La Tombola it was more of a circus.

I Know I feel sorry for Tanya, Andres y el cangrejito 55 they were doing fine; however the girl that was always showing her butt was a bad idea.
