No Chilindrina For You!
The animated version of the children’s staple television show El Chavo, will not include one of its key characters, La Chilindrina. The actress who played that role, Maria Antonieta de la Nieves, has owned the rights to the character for the past ten years and she claims that producers for the cartoon were not cooperative therefore they did not come to an agreement for use of La Chili.
The actress took this opportunity with the press to share that she is releasing her magazine, Chilindrineando, very soon. Dare we say Oprah should watch her back?
