Fernando Del Rincon To Host Mega News
Mega TV will debut a prime time news magazine program entitled Mega News, hosted by Fernando del Rincon.
The show will air Monday through Friday at the same time as Univision’s Primer Impacto and Telemundo’s Al Rojo Vivo.
Competition!!!
Fernando is going to be real busy in the evenings since he is also going to continue hosting Mega News Nocturno, the network’s evening news program.

I’m glad for him,he got the short end of the stick with the Carmen issue. I cant stand that woman, and i ‘m a pretty good judge of character. When i turn to “El Rojo Vivo” and she is there, I watch “Primer Impacto”. Telemundo better not replace Vanessa Hauc, she earned and deserves to be there.

Just because you can’t stand Carmen it doesn’t mean that what happened between these two is okay. I’m not taking any sides (I don’t know them) I think they both have lots of issues. Everyone deserves to work and make an honest living. It doesnt’ matter if he gets to be the host of Mega news and the other one replaces MJ on ARV, they both have to overcome their demons, but atleast they both have jobs.

Carmen is an attention-whore. I can’t say the incident didn’t go down, but I strongly believe Fernando is a good guy and didn’t deserve to be fired from his job.

Juan and Chris, I bet you are both Mexicans??? That is why you defend Fernando!!
If Fernando or any other man would have done something like that to your mother, sister or the women in your lives or to you personally; I think you wouldn’t be defending him. And Chris calling a women derrogatory names is just awful. Univision enjoys dividing the latin coummunity instead of bringing it together by only defending and selecting Mexicans. So sad that you two fall for that!!!

Saying that Fernando is a nice guy after what happened…. is just strange. You could have used attention seeker or that she likes media attention but you went for the insult effetc with the W word. Girasol, I don’t defend Mexican celebrities for them being Mexican. That’s absurd. I honestly think this lady “Carmen” was only interested in media coverage for personal reasons, such as fame. I’m definitely not in favor of domestic abuse.
And I don’t forget what I post, can you remind me of whatever I said that intrigued you? I don’t live in the US, but I know Univision very well, and i’m sure you know as well as I do that they’re more interested in Puerto Ricans than anyother ethnicity.

Primer Impacto is nothing to watch anymore. All the women they have in the news are so fake. I miss Fernando Del Rincon and I am happy to see that another station will give him the opportunity for him to excel. Univision has become all too trashy
