Adriana Working For Telemundo
We found it odd that Adriana Barraza attended this year’s Latin Billboard Awards on Telemundo, but there was good reason for her being there…
Telemundo just announced that Adriana will host a show called Taller Telemundo: Actores, basically a show seeking the next wave of succesful and talented Hispanic actors.
We love this idea and think that with Adriana’s accomplishments, she is a perfect mentor for these actors just starting in their careers.

The first ione is called “Don’t Let Me Drown” it will be in the english-language and she is co-staring with Ricardo Chavira from Desperate Housewives and Damian Alcazar who is IMO the best mexican actor in the last 20 years, and he’s on the next Chronicles of Narnia. It will be shot in New York in about a month or so, because she is currently shooting another film in Argentina.
She also announced she is in an upcoming movie with Antonio Banderas and Edward James Olmos.
Damn, 3 projects already and said that other she’s got offers in Mexico as well…
the rewards what an oscar nomination… WOW.
This show is just interesting because afterall, teaching is what she loves the most and we should all respect that.
