Shakira Shoots Video in Barcelona, Could Be Fined
Shakira filmed her new video in Barcelona.
She rollerskates on the beach, rides in the back of a motorcycle in leather, and jumps in the fountain to splash around.
Well, she might actually be in trouble for this shoot.
You see, she apparently didn’t get a permit to do certain things (jump in a public fountain and ride the bike without the helmet) so she may be fined for it.
Oops!

Aww. I think it’s messed up if someone gets a fine AFTER the fact.
That’s like me jay walking and getting a ticket in the mail a week later because someone had a video of me jaywalking on YouTube.
Where were the police when she was actually in the fountain??? From the videos I saw, she was in there for a good minute, and fans started clamoring. No one bothered to write tickets then???
