Shakira in Para Todos
Shakira looks ravishing on the latest cover of Para Todos magazine.
In the mag, Shakis shares many things, one of them being:
“I’m going to dedicate time this next year to know and learn more about education and see what I can do in my own small way.”
That’s not all…the magazine can exclusively reveal that her album is set for 2009 and that she will be performing for ALAS in Los Angeles in May.

In the late 1950’s I was a “studio musician”, and sometimes background singer and songwriter. I knew Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis and, at the very least, met many other people that “invented” Rock ‘n’ Roll. Based on all of this, I have decided that Shakira, as a extraordinarily gifted songwriter and great singer, can have a lasting effect on the world of Rock and Pop music.
I hope the be able to attend one of her concerts in the future (I’m old AND in poor health) but may never get the chance. Again, in my opinion, she has all of the tools to leave as big a mark on music as did the great Buddy Holly. I’ve used the net to acquire almost every recording that she has ever released anywhere. Those records and CD’s have proven to me that she will be known one of the greatest recording artists of all time.
