Los Premios MTV - It’s a Wrap
Last night we celebrated Los Premios MTV. Basically, everyone left with an award. Even though Shakira and Julieta Venegas had the most nominations, they only won one award each. All in all, it was an interesting night. No crazy antics and no raw spontaneity except for when Diego Luna caused a loud chant and roar for Mexico, when he said:
“To the gentlemen at MTV, how great that finally you figured out that Miami is not Latin America, I just want to let you know that tomorrow your visa expires and a charter boat will be waiting for you to return you to Miami.
Who wore what? Who won what? Check this out.

Shakira finally dressed up to a Latin award show. It was great to see her in a gown and with her hair did. Robbie Williams was sharp in a nice suit, sans button up shirt to show off his man fur. Nelly Furtado’s body is looking better and better everyday - but those bangs. Please stop!

Daddy Yankee looked a little bloated. Is it fat or muscle? Maybe all that jewelry is compacting his body.

Mana were as cool as always, taking home two awards, while dressing appropriately for the youthful event.

Julieta Venegas normally looks out of place at award shows because she looks like she is headed to her own quinceañera, but yesterday there was nothing wrong with her. She had a perfect night.

Robbie Williams in Mexico - Latin Gossip wrote:
[…] After driving the crowd wild during Los Premios MTV, Robbie Williams put on a concert for thousands of fans in Mexico City and shouted the little Spanish he knows. “Gracias amigos, ¡hola!, ¿cómo estás?, bien, muy bien. I’m Robbie Williams, y vengo de Stoke-on-Trent, England. Te amo, Mexico city!” […]
