Sad news.
Following the passing of Jon Secada’s father, Jose Miguel Secada, the artist released the following statement:
“To my friends & fans out there thank you for all your prayers and good wishes. I only hope I can be half of the spiritual man my father was. May he rest in peace. Jose Miguel Secada 1928-2011”
Our condolences to Jon during this very difficult time.

My sympathies Juan (Jon) . I just now read about your dad. Remember
verses such as Acts 24:15…“I have hope toward God . . . that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” and
John 5:28 and 29
“”28 Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs+ will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life,+ those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.”"
Your father along with billions of others will return under the rule of Christ during the 1,000 year reign. We can see him and enjoy his company once more but in paradise, remember?
