Pregnant or not?
Penelope Cruz attended the Toronto Film Festival in this aqua colored dress and sporting a nice tan.
Forget the fashion and the bronze skin…everyone was looking at her belly to see if there was a bump at all.
Penelope did speak with USA Today and informed them that she is not pregnant.
