Paulina Rubio Paulina Rubio celebrated her 35th birthday in Miami with party that was is being described as “intimate” and “family-oriented”. Those that attended included her mother Susana Dosamantes, Colombian designer Esteban Cortazar, and Paulina’s boyfriend Nicolás Colate Vallejo-Nájera.

The police showed up twice because of the loud music and noise but did not stop the party. Toward the end of the evening, guests sang “Las mañanitas”, which is the traditional birthday song in Mexico, and apparently it was one of the most emotional moments of the evening.

Ricky Martin, Shakira, and Alejandro Sanz were supposedly invited but did not show up. I was invited also, but nah! I decided to stay at home watching the NBA Finals. By myself. Eating a TV dinner. OK, I wasn’t invited.
