EDB869F9-DCB9-453F-8F74-A31EE21123A4Pablo Lyle went in front of a Miami-Dade judge again after the man he hit died.

He was ordered to post a $50,000 bond and will have to remain in Miami under house arrest and wear an electronic GPS ankle monitor possibly facing manslaughter or second-degree murder charges.

The prosecutor requested a $1 million bond, but the defense lawyer argued that Pablo is a peaceful man who was just trying to protect his family against an aggressor.

The family of Juan Ricardo Hernandez, the 63-year-old man punched by Pablo, was at the hearing.
