Fernando Carrillo Kicked Out of Telemundo
Fernando Carrillo was fired from Telemundo for being a DIVO and manipulating the cast of the novela El Engaño.
TVChismes has the scoop, saying that the actor missed many days of work and even tried to get the cast to go on strike for working too many hours.
Get this…he was supposedly being paid $50,000 USD a month! You don’t complain when you’re getting paid that much!
Christian Meier is replacing him…they are starting all over to erase any traces of Fernando.
In our opinion, Fernando is the most annoying actor in the Latin world. They should have gone with Christian to begin with.

Because I have a cousin who is a producer, I have been an extra in Spanish and American television (it si fun), and had the chance to meet many ot this people, some are very nice, others, males or females, are horrible human beings.
I met Mr Carrillo and he is endeed very entertaining and a good actor, but he is also very troublesome. In Miami he got involve in several situations–it was all over the newspaper- which did not help with his career. Then he disappeared for a while. In that sense he should be grateful that he is now back. Show business has a short memory!, and as long as you bring good ratings they forget.
I notice that many actors feel, that because they are “well-known”, they can get away with anything. That is when their star start to fade away.
To actually be able to find a good job in this field is
a privilege, and although they should be pay what they deserve, they should also understand where the force lies, otherwise they will vanished forever.
Show me the money:
My advice to Mr. Carrillo is to start a production company and pay excellent salaries since he seems to be worry about the issue. I say: Put your money where your mouth is! That is the only way that he can prove to the public and other actors that he is sincere about his quest and that he is not just looking for notoriety.
To be or not to be:
Although many who have met him and have socialite with him do feel he might be gay, the “closet issue” is really nobody’s business. Whether he wants to come out of or stay in should not affect his acting, but it might affect his fan base, which are usually women. So, if he is, I would tell him to really be vey careful, especially when he is visiting Miami and having a good time, since the news would be a detriment to his career I know he is aware), and to his future in show business if he still wants to play the role or the “galan” or papi chulo.
