Ninel Conde and her husband, Juan Zepeda, seem to not be able to manage their money…or at least pay their bills!
Reports are coming in that the couple still hasn’t paid for the wedding dress Ninel used in 2007.
In December they will celebrate their two year anniversary and they still owe money for the dress??
