Josimar Plascencia of Banda San Jose De Mesillas Dies
Banda San Jose De Mesillas has suffered a tremendous loss.
On Wednesday night, the bus that was transporting the band lost its brakes in the San Fernando Valley. The driver was able to keep control of the bus for the most part.
Josimar Plascencia, a 22-year old trumpeter of the band, got up to tell everyone to move to the side as the incident was occurring. As he stood there to save everyone, he fell out the door of the bus and died on the scene.
So sad.
Our sincerest condolences to Josimar’s family and the entire band.

Es una tremenda perdida, no solo por que murio sino por la forma en que murio. Para mi, mi primo Josi es un heroe que trato de salvar a los demas, literalmente dando su vida.
