Ivy Queen Visits Fan at Home

Ivy Queen surprised one of her biggest fans in Puerto Rico, a breast cancer survivor, by visiting her at home and the two spent a while chatting away, laughing, and just being silly…and then Ivy gave her some gifts including a Swarovski necklace.
