Awkward??

Mariana Seoane and Cecilia Galliano were both selected as the queens of el Carnaval de Veracruz 2012, which will be celebrated in February.

So why do we say it could be awkward?

Well, Cecilia is Sebastian Rulli‘s ex-wife and in recent days it has been rumored that Mariana and Sebas could have something going on – even though they both claim to just be friends.

So, did the organizers of this event choose these two chicas on purpose or is it pure coincidence?
