Lucia Mendez is being taken to court by someone who claims that she did not fulfill her end of a deal.

Apparently Ms. Mendez had signed a contract for some work that she did not come through on so she is being accused of fraud.

We all know Lucia is no stranger to the court system so let’s see how she handles this.
