I want to take this opportunity to complaint about the Spanish radio stations in the U.S. They either play all Mexican banda music or, lately, reggueaton. I wish there was a radio station that would play a variety of music from balads, to salsa and tropical music, to pop and new and old hits. I least I don’t want to be listening to the same kind of music all day long. And you should know that almost all the radio stations in U.S. have the same owners, the same names like La Kalle and La Que Buena, etc. Todo es la misma cosa.

I sort of agree with you “La Verdad” but we have stations here in Tx that play other stuff besides reggaeton and Mexican regional music.. I just wish they would play NEW music, rather than the same music over and over, and it would be good to see some rock being played on the radio!!!

Good for Juanes. Hopefully he’ll go the Eros route and never sell out to the English market despite his superstardom. Although there are some Latin stars I’d love to hear sing in English, I can’t imagine Juanes doing that for some reason!
As for Latin radio stations, I like the West Coast AMOR 91.5. It’s soft, mellow and romantic. As long as it plays lots of Ricky, Enrique, Marc, Shakira, Juanes, Gloria, Eros, Laura, Nek & Tiziano (ballads) I’m good…enamorada LOL.
