Who did cared about your 40th birthday, except a loving God, parents, husband, kids, family, and your closes friends.

Why does she feel like she needs to throw this massive birthday party for? She is the only celebrity that would do this. Other celebrities who turn 40 spend it with their closest family members. This is the reason why she is so beneath Shakira, Penelope Cruz & Salma Hayek.
