jenni+rivera+doloresIt’s no secret that Jenni Rivera‘s family was going to file a lawsuit against Univision for the series “Su Nombre Era Dolores, La Jenn Que Yo Conoci” – and now some of the details have surfaced.

Jenni Rivera Enterprises has officially and legally gone after the network for damages.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, ‘on and off’ manager Pete Salgado had signed a non-disclosure agreement with the late singer, and his collaboration with the TV series’ producers is a flagrant breach of that contract.

JRE adds the show is filled with defamatory scenes about Jenni and her 5 children…although it doesn’t specify any scenes. It’s suing for at least $10 million in damages.

By the way, TMZ describes some of the show as soft porn.
