Carlos Anaya Comes Out
LatinGossip.com correspondent Carlos Anaya has brought us exclusive interviews and great chismes of the stars, but now he wants to reveal something about himself.
in conjunction with the GLAAD Awards held a few days ago, he wants the world to know:
“Yep, I am gay!!
Since I was a child, I always felt different. In an effort to support GLAAD, I am committed to never be in denial of my true identity. At the same time, I would like to encourage teens who are afraid of expressing their sexual orientation to be strong yet gentle, and to fear nothing!!!
I must remain true to the gift I’ve been granted which is to tell stories that connect different realities. This is about the heart and to have moral courage for a better society. I am so GLAAD about who I am.”
His mother, Bery Anaya, says of Carlos:
“I feel very proud of my son because he is happy. As mothers, we have to support our kids no matter what”.
