Eva Mendes arrives at the Cartier Love Charity Bracelet launch in Los Angeles looking like she put little to no effort into getting ready and STILL managing to look good.
Not our favorite look for her (we don’t think the dress does much for her), but Eva’s worst is better than most people’s best!
