Latin Quickies

Many of you wrote in asking about Sir Paul McCartney’s Spanish album. Sorry, mi fellow Latinos, there seems to be some confusion here. Sir Paul is releasing a Latin album, as in the lost language Latin. Think Passion of the Christ. It is titled “Ecce Cor Meum” and does not include one Spanish song.
Jorge Salinas is out of the hospital, after falling from a motorcycle. Now he can get back to cheating on his wife a few more times.
Julio Iglesias has a new sister, meaning Enrique Iglesias has a new aunt. Ruth Iglesias, daughter of the late Julio Iglesias Pugo, was born on the 26th of July in Jacksonville, FL. Ironically, she was born the day her father would have been turning 90 years old.
Daisy Fuentes returns to MTV. Daisy will host a show commemorating the 25 years of the network’s existence. Daisy left MTV ten years ago but feels like it was just last week. Make sure to tune in to MTV Latin America, August 14th, because Daisy is at her best. She looks incredible.
