Even when he wasnt promoting an album but attending an event or simply stopped by a reporter on the street he’d say something like “oh I’ve been married three times and divorced four times” or “I have may wives”.
The guy is a tool when it comes to answering questions about his girlfriend. He obviously feels uncomfortable talking about these things but hasn’t got the guts to say “I don’t wanna talk about this”.
Just the way he is.
Oh and his single is actualy doing quite well. To hold Daddy yankee off the top of the US Latin Charts for four weeks is really something. It’s also debuted in top forty of the Hot 100, that’s doing quite well too.

As for the English version of the single, to debut in the top 40 is a good sign. Songs on the Hot 100 climb up to their peak positions. We’ll see what it peaks at.
It may not get #1 but I think it’ll peak high. Interestingly his most succesful single actualy didn’t get to #1 in the US Charts.
The album is what’s is most important anyway.
Oh, and personaly Bailamos imo is the worst of his material. He didn’t need to make songs which pimp Spanish stereotypes before he crossed over into English I find it disapointing that chose to when he did. That’s just my opinion though.
