Two years ago, we reported that Enrique Iglesias‘ driver ran over a fan’s foot while transporting the singer.
It turns out that the mother of the fan has filed a lawsuit against Enri on behalf of her daughter PLUS she is also suing for on her own behalf ‘as a result of witnessing the accident.’
She is seeking more than $25,000.

What gets me though like alessandra said why two years later? Perhaps the injuries and treatment took this long to come about. At the same time, the mother is suing for seeing the accident which is bull!
This woman should be thinking of her daughter and not herself. As a mother your suppose to be there for your child no matter what. So what she was hurt it is her job to still love her any ways and not make money off of her misfortune.
I could see her suing for the sake of the child medicals bills and whatever but for herself? Not!!
I could see if she missed a few weeks of work to care for the child and they had to do without and that was their main support, but this mother didn’t say that.
