Daddy Yankee Accused of Using a Double
This one made us laugh!
A couple of Daddy Yankee concerts have been canceled in Venezuela because too many people asked for refunds after rumors started swirling around that he used a double onstage at the Miss Venezuela pageant.
The conspiracy started because viewers were surprised to see that he wore red gloves that covered his face when he sang and everyone was surprised to see that there were no close up shots during the broadcast.
What made everyone go ‘huh?’ is that Daddy didn’t sound like Daddy. It seemed that he didn’t have as much energy and that he was lacking the oomph that he usually performs with. Hey, we all have our off days!
We’ve seen the video and believe that it was DY and not a double.

Yeah that is Daddy Yankee! He may just be taking extra safety measurements in make sure he and his crew don’t get H1N1. Not everyone has their shots yet and there are still concerns if the shot would even work. Only makes sense because a person in that sort of industry travels a lot.
