hispanic_heritage_cristian_castroStamp a big DUH on his forehead!

Cristian Castro attended an event on Tuesday and was surrounded by the press who were presumably after juicy gossip from him about his ex.

Anyway, he didn’t want to speak about any of that so since the bicentenary celebration is such a hot topic in Mexico right now, he was asked who his favorite heroes from the independence are.

His answer?

“Octavio Paz, and that woman De la Cruz … Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. I really admire that woman.”

We’re no experts on the subject matter either, but Octavio was a writer who was born in 1914 and Ms. De La Cruz was a poet.

If you don’t know the answer, it’s best to keep your mouth shut.
