Spain’s royal family is saying that she underwent the procedure to correct a breathing problem (that’s what they all say), but Leti obviously got it reshaped as well!

Reducing or adding to the chin is commonly done when a nose job is done (they go hand in hand). Her doc did a real good job though, then again, with that kind of money, you’d think so right.

Her face was swollen in the pictures on the right…of course she would look different! But now her face has returned to normal and she looks more beautiful than ever. Plus, she seems more confident and happier. If the nose job was the reason why she’s glowing and looking fabulous lately, then it’s wonderful she had her nose done, due to breathing problems or not.
