Miss Puerto Rico Not Pepper Sprayed
The rumors about the tampering of Miss Puerto Rico Ingrid Marie Rivera’s dress and makeup with pepper spray are false.
Investigators have tested the beauty pageant’s items and have concluded that there is no evidence of pepper spray at all.

I do think something happened, if not, she wouldn’t had given them the dress and brush. I can’t believe the lab didn’t test for anything else. I mean, the security thought was pepper spray, but he might be wrong, check if is something else!!!
The girl is beautiful. Growing in Puerto Rico I know that every girl grows up dreaming to be Miss Universe, not Miss World or Miss Whatever, let her have her dream.

They only tested for one specific chemical instead of various chemicals that could have caused a reaction. Also, the pageant organizers, or whatever they are called, did not provide the examiners with the clothes and other stuff for 4 days - even though she gave them the clothes immediately. Alot can happen in 4 days. Last report was another company was being brought in to test for various things. It’ll be interesting to see what happens.
