Irma Serrano is wanted by authorities because she legally owes a large sum of money to María de los Ángeles Gaytán (known as Marymar)…and even though the court has ordered her to pay, the tigress has so far refused to do so.
Can you imagine Irma and her wacky eyebrows in jail?
