Kalimba Accuser’s Reputation Sunk by Mag
Things keep getting uglier.
The minor who is accusing Kalimba of sexually abusing her talked on live TV (with her back facing the cameras to hide her face) and she made it clear that she doesn’t want money. She simply wants justice for the alleged criminal actions.
Now a magazine has published a story about the young girl claiming that she has been sexually active since the age of 14 and has even had an abortion.
Sure, that can smear her image a bit…but does it change anything regarding this specific case?
At the rate this is going expect things to get even worse!

no me digas…
I’m not really surprised by this. He has the industry more or less on his side, so he (by which I mean his managment) would naturally seek to use that influence to discredit her.
Her past really has nothing to do with this case, but I’m not all that certain I feel bad for her. The whole thing sounds like stupid kids doing stupid sh!t w/other stupid kids. Maybe we should throw them all in jail.

If you dont want these things to happen to you, dont put yourself in these situations! Ok so let me get this straight, she’s still a minor , already has had an abortion, and likes “hanging out” with celebrities? Not for nothing but you could see a hood rat like that end up in this situation…..Kalimba was an idiot for not taking care of business correctly…all hail Charlie Sheen!! : )

Suavecito, I hope that a woman in your life is never put through something like this. If in fact she was raped, the victim most assuredly did not put herself in that situation. No means no, regardless of how drunk she may have been, or how little clothing she may have had on. Slut-shaming and victim blaming is so moronic.
Bringing up a person’s sexual history has nothing to with the alleged crime. It’s a shame rape victims are made to feel that they must prove their innocence.

@ Chica…well said!
January 19th, 2011
Yes @Chica, but Suavecito is not saying that she asked to be raped. What he is saying is that what being proved by revealing her history is that most probably she was the one that instigated this. I’m not taking sides, because I don’t know the whole story, only they know what happened. But usually in these cases, the female is that one that instigate it, and when she sees she has a chance to make money she takes it. No one is saying Kalimba did the right this or even less applauding his actions, but we can’t assume she’s a victim just because she says she is.

No means no. That is the point!

They have to go after her reputation because apparently he has been contradicting himself in various reports that he has given of the incident. Him not being able to give one version of what happened does not look good for him – especially if her story consistently remains the same.

So if he was a $7 an hour McDonalds worker, would she still give a fuck about wanting an apology?
No money her. Put the dude in jail, cut off his penis but by no means give this woman money.
@Chica, what are the odds you sending me a topless pic?
January 19th, 2011
Saying the female instigated it is the same things as saying it’s her fault. That’s complete bullshit.
Micheal, the same as the odds of you having a 10 pound dick.
January 19th, 2011
I may be wrong but I could have sworn there was a report that he and his people offered the chick money after the story came out. *IF* that’s true – that + him giving different versions of what happened = him looking quite guilty/aware that he did something wrong.

She should have stayed at home…..the club is no place for a minor…see what happens kids!

1- he’s guilty for banging an under age girl. He raped her.
2- she’s a little slut who likes to whore around BUT she was still raped.
Both are true here. What im saying is he should pay for the crime he committed BUT DO NOT REWARD STUPIDITY by paying her a dime cause now its too easy for other little skanks to come out and claim rape against other famous people.
If you were raped fine, the guy that raped you should go to jail pay for all your medical expenses but no you should NOT BECOME A MILLIONAIRE for getting raped.
@chica, why don’t you come marinate my 10lb steak.
January 20th, 2011
Hey Chica, so If a guy robbed a bank, got caught, sent to jail and then was made Buba’s girlfriend in the joint, would you feel sorry for him? Nahhhh of course not! He put himself in that situation, even if he said no to Buba! I think what you’re saying is a total deservice to real rape victims like them kids who get violated by Priests, or lil girls lured by sick guys while riding their bikes….they didnt ask for that and were just minding their own business…..those are real victimes of rape!

Guys.. Rape is WRONG.. ALWAYS.. BUT— Why are underaged girls going to hotel rooms to “hangout” with stars? It’s the same sh*t that happened to William Levy.. 17 yr old follows him to the hotel room, gives him a BJ, then cries “RAPE” while mom is waiting for her in the hotel lobby. chicks have ALWAYS thrown themselves at artists. Groupies have always been around.. just like hookers.. the oldest profession on the planet. Diference is now, they don’t stay in the shadows.. they are young and they are money-hungry. Look at all the hoes that Tiger Woods slept with. All them bitches came out! Anyhoooo.. I think 75% of the blame lies on the girls and 25% on the artist that takes the piece of ass without knowing who the f**k she is.. That’s what ya’ll get!

Ay Suavecito, por favor. I’m not even gonna bother responding to that hot mess you call your logic.
Michael, unless you look like Rafa Nadal and have 9 incehs plus, don’t try to holla. I’m too busy for a fool like you.
