Kalimba is being accused of sexually abusing a minor at a Mexico City hotel.
The girl in question is 17 years old so the police wishes to speak with the singer to get his side of the story.
Apparently, the courts will determine if there was consent from both parties to decide whether to move forward with this case or not.

It is truly sad that these singers/actors feel they are entitled to outrageous behavior. If he did this, then let the full extent of the law fall upon him.
