Ingrid Marie Rivera Didn’t Lie
Miss Puerto Rico, Ingrid Marie Rivera, was pepper sprayed!!!
After everyone said that she lied because the tests showed negative for any traces of pepper spray, it NOW seems that she was saying the truth the whole time.
Further investigations prove that her clothing WAS tampered with and peppered!
Now the real question is WHO DID IT???
