Francisco Oliveira Found Not Guilty
Remember how hit-making producer Estefano was shot at his home?
Estefano always said that it was his handyman Francisco Oliveira who tried to kill him.
The trial has been going on for quite some time and a decision was made on Wednesday in a Miami court.
Francisco was found NOT GUILTY!!!!
His defense attorney made a valid point by pointing out that there was no DNA evidence, fingerprints, or witnesses outside of Estefano.
PLUS, the gun was never found.
Basically, this was a case of ‘he said/he said’.
This must be a hard blow to Estefano who must now live with the fact that the man he believes left him for dead is free on the streets.

There was no proof that this man shot Estefano. Should they have found him guilty anyway just because Estefano says - yeah it was him. I don’t know whether this man did or did not shoot him - but point is there was zero proof against him.

There was no evidence to prove that he shot Estefano, and he was found not guilty by a jury. You can not convict someone just because someone says yeah he did it.
If people wanna be upset with someone be upset with the district attorney. It ’s their job to prove that this an shot Estefano and they did not prove that.
