Please don’t judge Eduardo. He doesn’t hate homesexuals, he stands with God and speaks out against the sin of homosexuality… which hurts people emotionally, and also has many caused many helath-related problems. He doesn’t hate immigrants, have no idea where you are getting this from.

As far as abortion, yes, he hates abortion, but again, he hates the sin, not the women who have had them.

I too hate abortion, because abortion threatened my daughter’s life. (I almost forced death upon her little perfect body, when she needed me most at 8 weeks in my womb.)

Abortion has destroyed the hearts of many of my friends. They hate what they allowed to happen to their kids. They were lied to, and now suffer in regret. There is no going back and changing your mind after abortion. The child can never be brought back to life.

Abortion is often used by men to avoid having to be a man… the majority of my friends who have had abortions were pressured to abort by the father of their child. Abortion wasn’t even their initial decision, then man was the one who wanted the abortion.

Abortion is a very violent procedure that has many horrible life-long emotional and physical complications. (Does not improve womens’ health, but makes it worse!)

Abortion is an act of violence and has destroyed the hearts of many of my friends who have experienced the tragic loss. They REGRET their abortions and would do anything to change what was done. As a woman, I am insulted that I was even given the choice to abort my daughter! As if her death could possibly be a positive solution to the situation I got myself into.

Yes, back when I was ignorant of abortion and bought into the many lies the abortion industry shoves down our throats, I considered abortion my daughter. But God had other plans… and her life was spared.

I was going to get an MRI once and I had to pass an abortion clinic to get there. As soon as I hit the corner some fool got in my face saying you don’t have to do this, don’t kill your baby, etc… I was furious. First why the hell you getting in my face and assuming I’m going for an abortion when I was juist walking by the clinic. Second, even if I was going to that clinic; who the hell are you – some complete stranger – to get in my face and tell me what I should and should not do?

Unless you are going to stand by that person’s side the whole nine months and rasie that kid after it’s born; shut the hell up. Worry about your own life.

That has got to be the STUPIDEST comment I have ever seen. Really read it and think about it. At one point we were all embryos – how the hell you think we got here? Were you able to think and talk when you were an embryo? If you were then you are a medical miracle.

I love how some people like Eduardo care about abortion and the well being of the unborn and women. But once that baby pops out they suddenly forget that they exist. Child care for working mothers? funding for pre-k education? funding for schools? health care for all children? programs to train and put teenage mothers back on their feet so they could provide for their children? The wellbeing of foster care children who change foster homes over 15 times in their lifetime?
Where are these advocates then? Suddenly all these “precious lives” become invisible and are forgotten.

It just angers me to see all the effort and money that goes into the pro-life cause (which I believe is used and abused for political causes) while children have to go through life without health insurance, or growing without their parents because they have to take 2 or 3 jobs to support them when there is no appropriate child care, or where they have a 50% chance of dropping out of school and not reaching their potential because they were forgotten once they were born.

Second to the part where he is indignant over tax dollars paying for abortion- this actually is about all medicare rights. So you should really think about your ability to pay for your medical needs before you get indignant for someone choosing a procedure that you disagree with.

Third Bush and McCain are trying very hard to make various methods of contraceptives unavailable by defining them as abortion. Things like the Emergency Contraceptive pill, which prevents ovulation, should be above reproach by they “life begins at conception” camp, but is regularly under attack. And lets not get started on how anti-implementation devices like IUDs are attacked simply by changing the odds that the zygot gets implanted at all.
