He talks about being Latino in Hollywood, his fave music, and upcoming projects.

What is your favorite type of music and who is your favorite artist?

I love spanish music, its mostly what I listen to. For example, I like anything Beto Cuevas does (La Ley), Alejandro Sanz, Camila, I also like Juanes.

Are you going to come out in any movies?

Up next I have a show on USA, it’s called In Plain Sight (June 1st 10 PM). Working with a network such as USA was a great experience. It’s nice working with a large group of people, because it’s a chance for me to learn as well. This team has taught me a lot. Hopefully it will be picked up for a second season. The first season has 11 episodes, which we all did with a lot of love.

Do you find it difficult to be a Latino in Hollywood?

It’s a challenge to a certain point. Especially having an accent. It’s a lot easier picking up latino roles for me. One shouldn’t try covering up ethnicity, it would be impossible in this industry to pretend to not be latino if you are.
