A few days ago it was reported that Charly Lopez, of Garibaldi – a known alcoholic – has relapsed and checked himself into a rehab center.

He wants the clear that up and say that it is false.

The former singer told the press that he was away on vacation with his girlfriend and upon returning he found that he was once again in the headlines.

Charly says that it has been ten months since he has had eny alcoholic beverage and also revealed that he would have no problem accepting it if it were true.

We certainly want to believe him!
