Best Dressed Woman of Premio Lo Nuestro
We have to give this to Gloria Trevi. She dared to look so different at Premio Lo Nuestro. The up do, the dress, the classy way she walked. It was so unexpected and that is why we have picked Gloria as the best dressed of the night.
By the way, Gloria had more people yelling her name than for anyone else. That was surprising as well.

I agree she was one of the best dressed of the night, minus the hair! I think the hair was a bit over done but the rest was great. She was however on my list of worst dressed with that ugly black thing she wore to present that doesn’t even deserve to be called a dress!
