The procedure in question is supposed to make your hips/nalgas fuller and more feminine. Usually this is done on drag queens. Alejandra's body looks pretty feminine to me despite her diesel legs, so what's up? Most women get lifts and/or implants (not disgusting injections!) to rejuvenate their rears.
