Cristina Eustace Wins Objetivo Fama
Cristina Eustace won the fifth season Objetivo Fama, like many people had predicted.
Charytin had to host the show since Yuri was fired due to her reported diva ways.
For the fun of humiliating them one more time, the four finalists performed Kat DeLuna’s Whine Up in these ABBA-inspired outfits.

In the past, Puerto Ricans gave their vote to Anais (Dominican) and Marlon (Cuban), but Univision seems to care more about the Mexican population in the U.S. than the local market and it was soooo obvious they were trying to push the Mexican girl it made everybody uncomfortable. They even asked Yuri not to say any references to Puerto Rican food or local customs. People back home are on Yuri’s side, and with this I want to point out this is not about nationalitites, but about the agenda Univision has.

It’s made by local producers who sell the show to Univision. Secondly, Univision bought a channel in Puerto Rico a few years ago, it’s not cable TV, it’s a local network. Cristina is a very good singer, but she forgot the words of the song not once, but twice. I think the problem is that it was obvious there was favoritism; they replaced a local judge for an unknow (to Puerto Ricans) Mexican “singer”, and, finally, they fired Yuri (whom was very well like back home) because she made too many local references.

Yes, you are right when you say about Puerto Ricans supporting Dominican Anais, and Cuban Marlon on the 2nd and 3rd seasons, respectively, so it is NOT about Puerto Ricans having “preferences” with our own. We recognize talent… something that Univision does not do.
To be honest, the Puerto Ricans had talent, but it did not impressed me THAT much. Just Samuel. I also loved Yaindhi. (sp?) =)
