2007 Latin Grammys: Dayanara Torres
Someone had the audacity to ask Dayanara Torres if her kids are looking forward to having a stepbrother or stepsister now that Jennifer Lopez confirmed the pregnancy…She answered:
“I respectfully request that you don’t ask me those types of questions. I have been divorced for four years and I ask that you respect me. It’s my pleasure to answer questions about me or my career.”
It was disrespectful that they ask her that…disrespectful but understandable. The good news is that she rocked the purple on the green carpet in a HOT way!

I’m glad she told them to stop with the questions about Marc already - it’s been 4 years - build a bridge and get over it. I swear sometimes reporters all share one brain cell. LOL

Dayanara has made 13 movies in Asia and PR, starred in a primetime American soap opera, had a recurring role on Young and the Restless, dedicates a lot of her time to charity work, is an amazing mom to two boys, has achieved more than any other Miss Universe, is still gorgeous and beloved 14 years after being Miss Universe. She handled public humiliation with amazing grace and has been able to rise above it with her head held high.
She was not invited to present at the Latin Grammys because of her relationship with Marc of JHO (contrary to what Natalia wants to believe). She was invited because many Latinos and Latinas truly adore her. And what kind of values do you have saying she should be expected to talk about what her kids think merely because their father is Marc and because YOU feel she has nothing better to talk about. She has dignity. You, apparently don’t.
Let’s see what success of a mother your JHO makes. . . she who is already putting herself before her child by prancing around in heels on stage in the midst a difficult pregnancy (and at 39). Even Christina cancelled her tour early on in her pregnancy. She doesn’t need the money so why jeopardize the pregnancy and possibly compromise the health of the child(ren)? EGO. They will likely have many nannies, poor child(ren).

Yeah let me go on tour after having to go through in vitro (which is quite risky in itself) and continue to risk my baby’s safety, the babyI;ve been praying to ahve for soooooo long. (Remember when she almost bust her ass on stage - yet didn’t skip a beat the lip synching fool). Traveling with a doctor and ambulance on stanbdy in case something goes wrong with her pregnancy while on tour. Bitch you so worried about your kids keep your ass home and focus on your pregnancy.
Despite her “great successes” she still had to ride on Marc’s coat tails ‘cuz this was the only way she was ever gonna no what it’s like to tour. Come on now, how many albums and never one solo tour - ‘cuz she sucks and the tickets wouldn’t sell.
Geezus how I wish Dayanara would write a tell all book or do a tell all interview. Then afterwards throw the ten thousand dollar fine in Marc’s face and tell him to kiss her ass. When you include a clause in your divorce that says the other person can’t talk about what it was like to live with you; it’s ‘cuz you have a few things to hide and you know those things would hurt you if they came out.

PUNK JLO–not allowing Dayanara to speak freely and prohibiting that punk mark from talking about his ex-wife even in a kind way as others have. As Dayanara HAS TO.
