Latin America’s sweetheart, Adamari Lopez, announced that she is looking through scripts for novelas and selecting one to act in. She is getting ready to return to the small screen after a year and a half of keeping out of the limelight as she was battling cancer.

“I am awaiting an interesting project (on Televisa), a new novela. And if a cancer organization needs me for a campaign I am available,” said Adamari to the show La Oreja on Galavision.

Now that she has overcome breast cancer, and married Luis Fonsi, she plans on becoming a mother. Ironically, her mother is battling cancer of her own and I wish her the best through this process.
